We had the conversation again last week. Popeyes again. This time he came home with an enormous box from there. A few hours later I noticed that it wasn't in the refrigerator. He refused to refrigerate the leftovers. I reminded him that he vomits several times per week and I suspect that this is why.

He did not refrigerate the food. It'll get him some day.
