A microcosm of Winston’s career

What's nonsensible about saying that I don't freak out about certain things because I saw Drew do it in the past and didn't care that much in real time?
Comparing a HOF QB with a journeyman, borderline starter is nonsensical, period. It makes no sense. It's like comparing Mahomes and Mayfield. Why would anyone do that?
Yall are giving me push back because I said I'm not tripping as hard regarding the game ending in a turnover because I saw plenty of games before 2021 end with one.
I'm giving you pushback because it's not a valid comparison. Fans were mad at Drew for throwing a lot of those interceptions. They're mad at Winston for the same reasons. It's human nature. And Winston threw 2 interceptions to end the game, not just 1.
I'm getting pushback for making this factual statement.
You're getting pushback for comparing a HOF qb with a borderline starter, that is all.
And I don't mind pushback, because everything that I've said can verified. Look at the quoted sentence; I am talking about the situation while yall are making it DB vs JW, but I'm the one making a nonsensical argument.
The situations each stand on their own. Forget Drew. The bottom line is Winston closed out the game with 2 interceptions. The fact that Drew did in the past is irrelevant.
All because I choose to apply the same energy across the board?
Not sure why you're talking about energy here.
Why should I act like it is the worst then ever now when I didn't think that back then?
There's this thing called recency bias. Basically, when you're in the week after a tough loss where the QB throws a late game interception, they're gonna get a lot of criticism regardless what their name is. Drew got his fair share at the time, and Winston is getting it now. The difference is Drew had a HOF career, Winston, not so much. Which makes the comparisons silly.
The way that I react to the result is not dependent on who performs the action. Again, I'm talking about the result while everyone else is focused on the person who caused it. More people are offended that I said that Drew threw game sealing interceptions and ignoring the point all together.
Bringing Drew into the discussion just muddies the waters for the Winston discussion.

Anyway, I've said my bit. Not sure you're gonna change your approach so I'm moving on.
