I have been eating 5 eggs every morning for the past 2 years, I should have full blown diabetes by now then.


I don't know if this thread wants to hear it, but there is a link between higher protein intake and mortality. It's one of the reasons they suspect the Mediterranean diet works so well for longevity. It has lower overall protein intake, and the protein you do consume is from fish, and lean sources.
