*Familiar with the organization and culture
*Could excite a Louisiana fan base
*Has experience with the players that are still here from 2017-2018
*Was on the fast track before he was Matt Rhuled
*Could build on concepts and terminology that the young receivers already know
*Is widely believed to have the temperament/personality for the job
He's awfully green but scared money don't make money.
You're on the right track....we might not be a preferred location for a Coordinator level coach to leave a stable situation to jump up to HC but a positional coach with aspirations of jumping...would love to take a shot at skipping a grade.
