Yup, I agree with this.....the 2nd paragraph describes Danny Snyder perfectly....

But hands off doesn't mean they don't make changes, when it is obvious it is needed.....

Tom Benson is revered by most here, understandable. But the Benson ownership (before CSP) had a tendency to keep coaches around too long when it was obvious it was time to go....

My hope is that Gayle doesn't make the same mistake, my fear is she will....and if Loomis supports giving Allen another year he should be shown the door as well....
