As I said before , We need a Cut Throat Owner !

Both franchises are currently mid, the Pels can't escape the underachieving aspect either. When it comes to the Saints, I just think they have no idea how to proceed because the Alpha, aka, Sean Payton isn't there anymore. You can't tell me its a copycat league then go against league trends when you hire DA as head coach. Defensive minded head coaches aint how the league is going and it hasn't gone that way for years. A successful defensive coach is an anomaly in today's NFL unless you have Tom Brady.
Robert Saleh
Mike Tomlin
Bill Belichick
Pete Carroll
Sean McDermott
DeMeco Ryans
John Harbaugh (special teams)

The focus should be getting the right guy who is most capable of being a head coach. Being a head coach is more about roster management, building culture, game day preparation, and less about being an offensive or defensive savant.

Dennis Allen is a hell of D coordinator, but he is clearly out of his element when he has to manage more than just his side off the ball. Norv Turner was brilliant offensive mind for many years and built some monster offenses as a coordinator, but as a head coach, most of his teams underachieved.

As for the succession documents and Ms. Benson's role, it looks there's nothing in there preventing her from making decisions. The appointment of coexecutors and naming of other successors is more than likely is probably to prevent any ambiguity, leaving an opening for one of Tom's kids or grandchildren to try and sue for control down the road.
