Rebuilding around a 30 YO high priced diva WR isn't a good idea to me.
FWIW, you can rebuild around a 30 year old QB though, maybe not this one. 30 YO WR's are close to done. It doesn't make sense. Develop some young guys or use some bridge guys instead.
