I mean, it wasn't like it was a choice we had to make. A high draft pick on a QB was hardly going to be the difference in competing for a championship or not.
We could have done both with even basic planning. Instead, we arrogantly kept not taking a QB, I guess believing we could just coach up some has-been, and here we are six years later.
