I don’t think any less of him either. He had a mental illness. For me I see a movie of his now and there is no joy in his acting. I grew up with RW and loved almost all he did. Now I just feel sad seeing his movies because while he was bringing me joy he was suffering.

I think I am explaining this poorly and jacking my own thread. Sorry.
As someone who's fought his own demons and peeked over that cliff, don't feel sad watching his movies.

His genius was the flip side of that sadness coin he carried. That's the part he shared with the world because he wanted them to be happy even if he couldn't. So enjoy his gift if you can because I doubt he wanted you to feel sad for him.
