Saints and NFL already sold all the seats. This is re-sell. Saints and the NFL aren't losing any money. The folks that try to flip their tickets are losing out with re-sell values being so low. Where they'll lose money is concessions and maybe merch.
Side note: The split the pot is probably gonna be pretty small... but if you enter, you'll have a better chance to win than usual.
