Dennis Allen on Graham being inactive earlier in the season: “Let’s start focusing on what we need to do moving forward"

He's not a great motivator is what you're looking for. And I'd have to agree but that doesn't mean you can't build around his other strengths. For Allen, I think he needs an OC/Assitant HC that has a bit more bite. It's all about the structure of a team and do you have the right components functioning around the HC. While it makes sense to tear it down, it also financially doesn't. I mean you could be the raiders if you want, but I think with age comes wisdom and Loomis has learned to be patient.

You must marry DA with the right OC/Assistant HC. That's an easier move than trying to bring in a new staff ground up and expect it to work in year 1 or even 2. At least with the noted option if you get it right you can see it pay immediate dividends in 2024

Hard disagree, no OC is going to magically make DA a leader of men.....and to say that is not absolutely critical characteristic of a good HC is to be tone deaf.....it's been 2 seasons almost of this garbage, when is enough, enough?

New coaching staffs are sometimes successful sooner rather than later, sometimes it take a few years and sometimes they aren't ever. But the notion of sticking with a status quo that has been an absolute dismal failure makes zero sense to me
