Ugh, here we go with the "true fan" nonsense again. Being a fan does not mean blind optimism in the face of overwhelming evidence.

I'm a Saints fan.
I also think Derek Carr was a huge mistake based on what I've seen so far.

Those two things are not mutually exclusive.
