Derek Carr - Why People Dislike Him (IMO)

Peyton manning was not a system QB. He was a system. He ran the whole Offense from the line of scrimmage sometimes. His understanding of getting his team out of bad plays, and setting up Defenses was such a joy to watch. Jon Vilma said, if they did not have 2 weeks to practice. They would have lost the Super Bowl. Vilma said, he called Vince wilfork to get tendency.
And when we faced them in the Super Bowl, Manning was in the same offense with the same OC for 12 years at that point. He became the system.

Rivers wasn’t bad, but it seemed like at the time Brees got let go because marty needed someone to scapegoat plus drew had the big injury. Drew was a fine QB there and just needed soneone to take a chance on him after the injury. Passing on Drew is why Saban never succeeded in the nfl
I thought I read somewhere that Marty wanted to keep Drew and that decision was from above him. And don't know why he would need to scapegoat Drew. Drew play actually got worse from 2004 to 2005. They go 14-2 in 2006 with Rivers but ran into that Patriot's defense..lol
