Yep…it’s a shame we have devolved into a society where everyone is so used to others being careful with every single word they say and beating around the bush, that when someone has the audacity to speak directly about something they disagree with and then use the slightest dismissive tone just to turn the page, it’s a problem and viewed as disrespect.
It was a conversation where two men disagreed, and the guy that was in charge decided that it wasn’t worth dwelling over anymore and moved his show along.
I doubt Triplett thought two seconds about this and the two men likely laughed with each other afterwards.
Yes, friends/colleagues indeed do disagree with one another and sometimes get slightly snippy about it…nothing disrespectful about that.
