I think the biggest key to some absurd 2011 Giants Super Bowl scenario for us would be both MT and Lattimore coming back fully healthy.
You get those two back, with MT somehow playing at a high level for the short stretch to end the year, I could see us making some noise. Lattimore absolutely changes the way we play defense and what we are able to do.
Inevitably though, I think our ONLY chance would also involve someone else knocking off SF before we get to them. That’s the one team I think we have absolutely no chance whatsoever of beating in a playoff game…I’m talking about a 55-10 type massacre is likely occurring if we see them. It would be the first quarter of our Lions contest earlier this year, but for three quarters until they show us mercy in the fourth quarter and call the dogs off.
