We need to stop blaming the players. ALL of these guys are better than they are showing. Carr is a better QB than he's been. Olave is better at catching the ball than he's been. This team has no timing at all if it's under even a little bit of pressure. That means the coaching staff hasn't prepared them with scenarios that allow them to account for it. I really think they are really just not ready to play most weeks and they weeks they are are simply coincidence.
