McVay has always been comfortable speaking in front of people. Sure he’s had some cases where he was deflated after a loss, but that’s the case with every HC. The point is, McVay was dealt some tough blows to his team this year early on. He could’ve just given up, but he made the necessary adjustments, and kept his team’s spirits high bc he believed in his coaching ability. He figured it out. They lost their #1 WR and relied on an unproven rookie. They once had zero run game when Williams went down. They have 9 new starters on their defense. Stafford was considered “washed” and “disinterested”. 🦌 is almost done with his 2nd season and still can not call a complete game and we still can not consistently do the things that we are great at. He’s blind, clueless, or ignorant.
