Exactly. Players look up to their leader. If their leader shows them that he can lead, then they will follow. We can not be this far into the season, still “trying to figure things out”. Players are not stupid. They know when they are being blindly led. In fact, I would argue that we are still trying to figure stuff out since last season🤣
