The fact that the team goes into every game fearful, is taking on head coaches personality, I say fearful, because they seem like they are feeling the other team out first before they decide to play. If they feel the other team is playing harder, then they fold. And they don’t want to win. You can tell this is true, because once they back into a position where they can take a lead or assert themselves, they shoot themselves in the foot. Taking sacks. Dropping key passes, 87, 83, 12. Making decisions based off of fear, onside kicks, punting in Fg position. Keeping players out of the game that do not fold, 80. Only being able to make plays after the outcome has been decided. It takes courage to win. And fearfulness is like a plague, that spreads. And it’s the coaches job to identify team plagues. But it’s clear that the HC is the carrier of such plague. Im just calling what I’m seeing.
