Coaches aren't all perfect, but he was a 2 time Super Bowl winning coach and 2 time coach of the year. I understand he didn't work out here, but he was hardly an empty suit. He had those Bears teams ready to run through walls for him. I'm not sure our squad would run through the rain for DA.
