The Stealing Money List

I will go with problem contracts. I will never accuse a player of stealing as every player should get every dollar he can negotiate.

Ryan Ramcyzk : being paid as a top 5 right tackle. Has a recurring knew problem where he is no longer a premium right rackle emulating problems we had with Terron Armstead. signed through 2026 with a void 2027 2024 cap number $27 million 2025 cap number $28 million
Trevor Penning: the first round pick reach due to the loss of Armstread that seems to lack the foot speed to be a starting tackle.
Michael Thomas: contract has three void years after his 1 year deal with a $9.1 million cap hit. Man is no longer our second best wide receiver due to age or injury history. Shaheed deserves to get paid as our number two. Still a viable player on the roster if healthy but not at old pay scale.
Cam Jordan : resigned before thsi season has void years with cap hits to 2027 but a 2024 cap hit of $23 million and 2025 17 million. Jordan's age is massively showing and cannot get to the passer. This extension is based on tenure. Cam being a hall of famer one of the greatest Saints to ever play but just not a good move cap wise for this team that was already cap stretched.

Derek Carr: Cap hit of $35, $45, $55.7 for 2024 to 2026. Carr has not bonded with this fan base and the question of if it is Carmichael or Carr is not helped by Carr's yelling at Olave and fighting with McCoy on the field for us to see. We expect more because he is paid the most. The econmics say we are stuck with Carr and our best hope is fire the coaching staff and find something that can salvage Carr. Dare we say John Gruden gets involved.

Jameis Winston as a legacy from his original starter contact has void years out to 2026 with cap hit of $10.6 million if we part ways.

Alvin Kamara has a $18.8 and $29 million cap hits the next two seasons that is just a lot to pay for any running back in today's NFL and goes against all sane cap management in a wide receiver driven league. Keep but has to be renegotiated back to this past offseason that showed Pollard and Barkley had to settle for short term deals.

Tyrann Matheu has a $12 million cap hit for 2024 for a fan favorite that is too slow and needs to take less to stay.
