The one at Belle Chasse Hwy and Wall in Terrytown (near Winn Dixie) has improved markedly since they re-opened their dining room post-pandemic**. Not sure, but I suspect it basically cleaned house and got new management and staff early this year.
** the dining room stayed closed WAY too long due to "the pandemic" -- until around January-February of this year. I'm sure it was temptingly easy to run the store drive-through only and just make customers deal with the forever-long lines. Eventually, though, that was probably catching up with the bottom line -- people would see a line wrapped around the building at all hours and just drove by. Now when the drive-thru line is long-ish, people park and go in, and that keeps the customer load balanced.
