It's a bad look, period. I understand this is a business decision, but the fact that Russ was playing better and the idea that a guy like Russ would waive an injury guarantee is just dumb. Sean has been engaging in theater with Russ as if he were some rook or something. I don't think it's racial or anything like that, but it could have been handled better in public.
Would I have handled this situation better? Maybe but make no mistake Sean knows exactly what he's doing. He's many steps ahead of most of those in that organization and forget how far ahead is he from all of us.
