Is PC the real problem with offense?

I don't have a problem with the change to a more conservative approach on offense after halftime. They were up 17-0 and were now without Kamara for the rest of the game. The conservative approach actually increased their lead to 20-0 with Tampa having the ball on their own 9 yard line with 10:30 left in the game. At that point, it was mainly the defense giving up big plays that was so costly. Mayfield completed passes of 35, 14, 16, & 22 yards on that TD drive. Then he completed a 54 yard pass which was fortunately fumbled as the WR was going down untouched on Tampa's next possession. Their last possssion was two plays and ended with a 47 yard TD completion.
