Is PC the real problem with offense?

He is a large part of the problem, but Allen's conservative mindset is a huge problem. Allen started trying to run out the clock midway through the 3rd quarter last Sunday. He acted like 20-0 was 100-0. His play not to lose mentality was best reflected by the 4th and 1 when he opted for the FG. A first down ends the game. Instead, he opts for a FG allowing TB to have a chance to win. Many people, including myself, thought Allen would've learned when the team blew the 16-0 lead last season vs. TB on MNF. But, alas, no. Allen is a dud and should be fired.
