Is PC the real problem with offense?

Payton also had Brees and better OL play, when Carmichael had the same we also had a top offense. With one of the worst pass blocking lines and Carr, it’s going to be a big step backwards.

As for time left, it’s the playoffs, if you asked SR probably 9 out of 10 would say plays on 3rd without MT shouldn’t even be on the call sheet. As it stands, we were out there without him again on 3rd and 1 in the third quarter of the same game, down 17-0.

This team is lacking in talent up front and is still unclear at best at QB. Not saying PC is perfect by any means, but I expect significant disappointment some time mid season next year if we replace our OC and don’t solve the OL/QB issues.

The Saints converted the third down on this play, it was a QB sneak. The Saints also had their best short yardage running back in the game as well. When you look at the formation, personnel, and playcall, you can't put a negative on Payton for not having Thomas in.

Carmichael is a problem and needs to be shown the door. That doesn't excuse Carr or the poor performance from the OL either. The Saints offense as a whole has some serious issues, but this is a thread about PC hence my focus being on PC.
