At best I think you might be able to argue wilful ignorance, but I can't imagine anyone actually going to that island and not be able to figure out that something was not right about it. If they decided not to say anything then that's on their conscience and now maybe they will actually have to live with the consequences of that decision.

I'm hoping that at some point Maxwell decides to come clean about who was actually involved, but I would imagine she fears the same fate as Epstien.
