At best I think you might be able to argue wilful ignorance, but I can't imagine anyone actually going to that island and not be able to figure out that something was not right about it. If they decided not to say anything then that's on their conscience and now maybe they will actually have to live with the consequences of that decision.

So, how exactly do you imagine things on the island went? Do you imagine an island brimming with teenage girls at the ready to service Jeffrey's friends and associates? Big neon signs that said "get you freak on with underage chicks"? Epstein offering a fine Scotch and Debbie?

Big money people get invited to all sorts of places: villas, islands, yachts, etc. as part of businesses, brokers, etc. seeking to secure business/contracts/etc. There is nothing inherently wrong in that. What happens when you are there, that's a different story, yet, it doesn't mean there is evidence of anything illegal happening there, or that had happened there.
