Per OTC the Chiefs look to have $20.4M in cap space to start this off season. They can easily afford Kamara's $11.8 cap hit they would take on the $11.8M cap hit. If they wish they could do a restructure to lower it even more. It will be just a matter if the "wow" the Saints with an offer they can't refuse.
