Expect more cap can kicking, ridiculous trade ups, etc. further mortgaging any real chance the team has to actually content. Would have been better to sneak into the playoffs where they would have been absolutely embarrassed and force the FO's hand.

In reality, they're old, have zero cap flexibility and are tied to a historically unpopular coach and QB.
Loomis should be fired for having the gall to add void years that further mess up the cap for a backup QB who won't even be on the roster. That's just gross mismanagement.
