What positions do we have to make improvements to this offseason?

I'd say OL, DE, DT, TE, Slot WR, then S/LB. I don't see LB as a big need you have your staring WIL and MLB. At LB we need a SAM to play the 20% of the snaps or so they play and maybe some better depth behind our starters if Sewell takes too long to come back.

But, I think it he end next season will totally depend on upgrading the OL and pass rush. The OL needs a new LT, LG, and likely RT. On the DL, Breese is a keeper on the rise, Granderson is a solid player, and Cam can still flash and play the run. But the rest are at best just guys - Saunders, Kpassagnon, and Shepherd - or guys you just can't count on in Turner and Foskey.
