I canceled direcTV a few month ago after having them for 15 years. It was like an interrogation with a spot light shining down on me when I tried to cancel. I think I finally said I DONT WANT TO BE YOUR CUSTOMER ANYMORE IF YOU CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN!!
