Lipstick on a pig. It's not unusual for the the offense and defense to operate in different worlds, so to speak, but usually, the HC is the "alpha." You're basically saying Allen is weak (beta, as they say in the manosphere), and he needs an enforcer to put a fire under people's butts. This is not about personality because there have been laid-back cerebral coaches (Dungy, Gibbs, for example). Allen doesn't earn people's respect, and that's a deeper issue.
