He's said the EXACT things I've been saying about Penning. They are NOT excuses they are facts If you don't take into consideration those things then you are blind or lazy and just looking for low hanging fruit
They're excuses. Pennings play has been awful, he can't get on the field even as a 6th lineman or when a starter goes down. Putting the blame on last year's injury is straight up an excuse.
