N/S: Bears interviewing Kingsbury for OC, fueling Caleb Williams talk

Lol. Because Kingsbury did such an awesome job in AZ, why not just roll with it.

This is why Chicago will always be irrelevant in NFL football. They try ideas that were fresh many years ago. Like Mike Martz offensive system. Replication attempts of the 85 bears defense.
So, Kingsbury coaches a college QB to the #1 pick again, then goes to coach him again? Seeing as it didn't work out so well last time, I have to wonder if he's just good enough to make a college QB look great, but not much of a coach at the NFL level.

Eh, I kind of felt like he got a raw deal in Arizona. He had that team ascending then in his final year his team got injury-ravaged and the bottom fell out.

I think Arizona may regret their decision someday. They let go of a good, up and coming head coach. Maybe he needed more seasoning, but I don’t think it’s fair to say he’s as bad as some make him out to be.
