Meredith is in the college football hall of fame 1982 , he was a 3x pro-bowl and all-pro QB . Hardly like Landry inherited Winston and Dalton.
The thing you and a lot have missed in all of this is I'm not defending DA, I'm not a DA fan. I;ll bet if you ask ML if DA is going to be in the HOF as a coach he'd say probably not .
You're all missing ML's point. If any of those coaches would have been fired after their 2nd yr on the job would they have had a chance to be as good as they were?
Even Ross Jackson made mention to the fact that's what ML meant with the reference to those coaches
