Spend the majority of the offseason and try to improve my craft.

1. Stomping mud holes in players that repeatedly screw up during training camp.
2. Getting better at attention to detail things.
3. Get better at end of game/end of half defensive playcalling.
4. Get better at motivating players throughout the week so we can start fast on gameday.
