Compared to other teams coordinator or staff vacancies, Saints are in better position in FO/coach staff stability and identifying talent than most. Titans, Chargers, Bears, and Falcons finished worst than the Saints and still climbing to be above .500 again. Saints aren’t that far from playoff return.

The Titans, Chargers and Falcons are all going to be brand new staffs that will likely have 3 years minimum to show something. All 3 also have top 10 picks in this years draft. The Bears have the 1st and 9th picks in the draft and could turn things around quickly with a new OC and a few better players.

We have an underachieving team with an apparent leadership void, disgruntled players, a HC on the hot seat, an aging roster, bad cap situation and the 14th pick. I really don't think we're as attractive as some people think.
