Saints losing College Scouting Director to the Broncos for a personnel VP role

I know nothing at all about this guy, but I'm sure "he wasn't that good anyway" or something. I do still find it troubling that we seem to have an easier time losing guys than bringing guys in. Little by little the culture that we were trying to preserve with the guys that are in the building whittles away.
