I think it depends on the meat, temps in the room and temp when it was taken out. If it was frozen, it would be fine



Publix had it refrigerated, not frozen





Close to the line, I would just be sure to cook it well, at least 165 internal temp iirc.



Or just throw it away… :shrug: .. if id bought $100 worth of meat it’d be different.. but $9 isnt enough for me to worry with each bite i take .. that’s me, ur mileage may vary .
