How would Klint Kubiak's passing scheme , match up w/ our personnel? Any experts?

By the way, Underhill has an article that touches on some of this. I thin this is behind the pay wall, but FWIW, Nick is giving 20% off right now with the code motion:

He notes that the system will need blocking WRs and that it's less part of the West Coast system than what McVay does and what Carmichael/Payton do. The scheme attacks the edges of the defense which I take to mean it doesn't rely on crossing routes and slants, which conveniently Carr does not appear to do well and was bread and butter for MT. It also uses outside zone runs. So, it looks to devalue what a player about the be gone, MT, does well and a guy they are committed to, Carr, doesn't do well.

I think the idea of attacking the edges in the run game is you avoid the interior DL and MLB, really pressure the DEs to set the edge, and force smaller OLBs and CBs to make tackles. I think it's also why you need WRs who can at least block a bit to keep the LBs and safeties inside and block on the CBs who are forced into one on ones with RBs or WRs on screens and end arounds.
