Carr did get angry at Olave during a game.

Please point out any press conference in which Carr openly blamed a player for something, any player not just Olave.

Getting angry with a player during a game is not the same thing as blaming a player for something during a press conference.

For instance, McCoy got really mad at Carr during a game. Remember what McCoy said when asked about it in an interview after the game?

So again, point to any instance of Carr blaming a player for something during a press conference or interview, since has been a Saint.
