How would Klint Kubiak's passing scheme , match up w/ our personnel? Any experts?

Probably more H-back than fullback. Get him closer to his blocking target and/or give him opportunities to catch a defender by surprise. Lining him up as a receiver in a condensed split or as a wing TE can create similar blocking opportunities so we can keep defenses guessing.

I think I've mentioned this before, but I would love to see what Hill can do as a single back in 11 personnel. Seems like he his combo of speed and power would be a perfect change of pace to Kamara's quickness. More importantly, it would get him the same kinds of runs he gets out of QB Power but making it much less obvious that he's going to run the ball.
