The true picture or an anomaly ? ( Derek Carr)

I believe we will have a 10-7 team this year and make the playoffs, all we need is a three game winning streak and a bit of luck.
I know Carr isn't the long term future but I just want us to get better and be in contention and never become a team like the Jets
or Carolina.
