I just don't see BB taking over in Dallas or JJ offering it to him. Jones won't give up control as an owner/gm and BB won't take a HC spot unless he is the defacto GM and HC.
If he keeps losing in the playoffs Jerry might change his mind and be willing to turn over the reigns to BB for a couple years. Jerry can then take back over in 2 or 3 years.
