How would Klint Kubiak's passing scheme , match up w/ our personnel? Any experts?

It got better when Carr got hot late in the year, but according to Underhill it's a low percentage pass play to begin with and Carr has been well below league average in completing it during his career. Maybe he has turned a corner on that throw but it seems unlikely after 9 years.
