I Don't Understand This...

So what you're saying is it would fly completely over the head of your above average hillbilly living down in their holler.

Great, means this is a normal state.

Has anyone out there seen any outlandish stuff on the Internet today which they didn't understand. If you see it, post it here.

I probably see something like that about once a day. I started the thread, now we'll see. Will it be one a day???

Will I find something I don't understand to post here tomorrow??? Will you find something???

The entire cast of Gilligan's Island awaits the verdict.

Will it be tomorrow???
Actually, Sam, I wasnt being that daft or off-kilter in saying that when first Monty Python episodes began appearing on local PBS/APT stations in the mid-70's, quite a bit of their jokes, material, and topical matter were a bit high-brow, very intellectual, very bawdy, but like with most material in their movies, you kind of had to be an expert a little bit and understand what they were referencing to get the jokes (The Holy Grail discussing Black Death, different types of logical fallacies like what is a witch, or the Argument Clinic, scene imitating medieval monks scourging themselves or hitting their heads into hard wood while walking in unison) and in mid-70's, more then a few Americans mightve had those jokes go over their heads.

And Sam, there is an endless amount of ridiculous, asinine outlandish stuff on the Internet that I could post (but heavily edited) on here, some frankly not at all on SR.

I don't think Ginger would care or approve of what most people on social media sites, or the Internet think about trivial, unimportant matters, as the actress who played her (Tina Louise) wasnt exactly well-liked or the most popular cast member on-set. She actually only accepted the role because she was led to believe by producers and show's creator that she'd be the main star, and the show material would be more a bit more serious and topical because Louise saw herself as a aspiring, dramatical actress. When she discovered her initial assumptions were wrong, she was upset but accepted the role because the money and attention were good for the time being, and not necessarily a barrier to her eventually being a serious, dramatical actress.

Oh, and one last thing, Sam, give my sincere regards to the Night Country whenever your near their borders by chance anytime soon!!!
