I gotta be honest, I'm about your age and I'd give a paycheck or two just to be able to pee like I did back in my 20's. Why that has to turn into an issue with age is annoying.

There are exercises for that man. Serious. Do legal, they are not just for women. I started a few years ago and honestly big change. Remember doing the towel thing as a young man? You know the “hey honey need a towel?” I can still do that and I am 55.
