Derek Carr the target of parade float “joke”

By the way, for those of you who think the Carr float was a huge deal, below in this NOLA.com story is a float for the KAOS (not the same as Chaos) sub-Krew of Krew Du Vieux that makes fun of LA Senator, John Kennedy. There were many more, especially in Krew Du Vieux, that were probably worse and certainly much more crude that had nothing to do with Carr.

The Carr float was mild in comparison and just another part of the satire of Mardi Gras. If you get it you get it and it's one of those things that the people of New Orleans aren't going to apologize for or feel bad about.
