doing what you said would be as difficult as removing all guns. sad, but true. Just look at Texas, they have a zero red flag law.
I'm talking a Federal weapons ban, like they had in 1993 with Clinton. I think that supercedes state laws like Texas, Oklahoma, or even Missouri having zero red flag laws.

And don't tell me it can't be done, after the Parkland shootings in 2018, the state of Florida, with bipartisan support, enacted stronger red flag laws and background checks due to public outrage and the March for Our Lives movement and so far, the state law has done a decent job.

Florida is very much a red state and has been turning that way for some time.
